Robert Hitscherich is an experienced trial attorney and counsel with more than 30 years of legal experience. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 1983 and is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. After maintaining his practice as a partner in a firm in Hackensack for the last 32 years, Mr. Hitscherich opened his own office in Oradell, New Jersey, in October 2015.

Mr. Hitscherich has maintained a successful litigation practice for more than 30 years. He has handeled thousands of litigation matters which have produced tens of millions of dollars in jury verdicts and settlement for clients in a wide variety of matters. Several of those matters have resulted in reported decisions which are relied upon by other attorneys.

Initial consultations are free and appointments are flexible and can be scheduled in the early evenings or Saturdays, if necessary.
